HEALING CHILDREN AND TEENS THROUGH THE POWER OF THEIR IMAGINATION/9 TOOLS FOR OUR CHALLENGING TIMES. (FLYER…>>)
NEWS: We are so happy to welcome our dear friend and colleague, Dr. Charlotte Reznick from Los Angeles, California to Denmark – via ZOOM!
The last several months we have all experienced more stress and anxiety than ever before. Our children even more so. How do we help them develop emotional resilience so they can learn to cope and thrive with everyday life in our rapidly changing world? The answer is a positive and practical program.
With great pleasure we invite you to an extraordinary, experiential training workshop on how to create emotionally resilient youth through imagination, mindfulness, and meditation. During this 2-day training, you will gain practical knowledge on how to help children and teens achieve self-insight, develop and trust their intuition, and connect with their deep wisdom. You will learn and practice a toolbox of nine core imagination skills to mix and match as needed to solve problems and face life’s uncertainty – and share with the children you work with, live with, and love.
The challenges our youth are facing currently are enormous. Children need to be equipped with survival and growth skills like never before. One of the most effective ways to reach them is to create a safe space and an experience of being greeted from the heart, which can touch their soul and motivate them enough to take the risks to change and evolve. Through the healing power of their imagination, kids can realize their full potential now and throughout their lifetime.
This workshop is for all adults, parents, and professionals who are interested in how to help children and adolescents cope and thrive during our present challenges. Especially geared to those working within therapeutic interventions, social relationships, children’s yoga and mindfulness, self-development, special needs, stress, anxiety, and trauma, etc. Parents can find great joy in learning useful tools to support their child. No experience with visualization and mindfulness is needed, but rather a deep determination to support young people in their development.

From the comfort of your own home via Zoom, or possibly for some, the sacred space of Little Yoga House Studio! Based on research and clinical case studies, this experiential and hands-on workshop will fill you with love, hope, and ready-to-use creative, joyful, and effective take-home strategies.
We will explore a child’s personal imagination toolkit which, once mastered, will enable them to make decisions from a heart-centered space and help them to live an authentic, loving life.
We will practice strategies to help children:
- Manage stress
- Cope with anxiety, fears, worry
- Deal with vulnerability, sadness, anger, frustration
- Diminish sleep problems
- Reduce somatic symptoms (headaches, stomachaches, tics)
- Improve self-worth and confidence
- Create well-being with family
- and more
The nine core tools include: the relaxing balloon breath, discovering a safe special inner sanctuary, meeting wise animal friends, wizards, and wise people as guides, receiving gifts from them to assist, connecting to the wisdom of their heart and belly, dialoging with symptoms and feelings, and using color and energy for healing. These easy and effective mindful tools will help the kids in your life connect to their inner resources, develop their intuition, and discover their wisdom – all toward the important goal of managing present day challenges. They have been developed from decades of experience with children and teens with diverse backgrounds and problems, and from all walks of life.
- Video and audio replay of the entire two day’s workshop.
- Access to downloads of all of Dr. Reznick’s hours of meditations for children, teens, and parents.
